How is flight time computed?
Medical transport clients are billed only for actual flight time — from wheels up to wheels down — plus a standard six-minute taxi allowance at both departure and arrival. This adjustment is already built into every quoted trip, so your organization can plan and budget with confidence.
Aero Dynamic Jets Medical offers a range of aircraft including Mid-Size and Large Jets — allowing us to match the right aircraft to the specific needs of each medical mission. For organizations requiring transport of medical personnel, patients, organs, or equipment, our Operations Team will work with you to identify the most appropriate aircraft. All aircraft in our network hold ARG/US and Wyvern safety ratings. Complimentary WiFi is available on all aircraft.

Yes. Aero Dynamic Jets Medical is fully approved to transport hazardous materials under our Part 135 Charter Ops Spec — a capability that is rare in the industry and particularly valuable for medical transport needs involving specialized equipment, specimens, or regulated materials. Currently, Hazmat transport is available on our Citation CJ3, Citation CJ3+, and Challenger 350. The Cessna Citation CJ3 (Light Jet) can carry up to 7 adult passengers in addition to the crew. An 8th seat is available on the belted lavatory, though weight and balance restrictions may apply. Mid-Size Jets typically handle 7–8 passengers plus crew. Super Mid-Size Jets typically hold 8–9 passengers. Large Jets typically hold 10–18 passengers and may include a dedicated flight attendant.
Safety is our highest priority — and in medical transport, there is no margin for error. Before every flight, our team reviews weather forecasts, maintenance records, weight and balance data, and flight performance requirements. The flight crew conducts thorough pre and post-flight inspections of the aircraft. If any factor could affect the safety of the patient, medical personnel, or aircraft, we will immediately notify the coordinating organization and initiate a delay or postponement as needed.
Aero Dynamic Jets exceeds the stringent safety requirements set forth by the FAA under Part 135 Air Carrier regulations. We have also been awarded the ARG/US Gold Rating and are a Wyvern Registered Operator — third-party safety and operations auditing distinctions not all charter companies hold. We require all Charter Operator Partners to hold this same standard.
Yes. Complimentary pre-boarding snacks and beverages are offered in our private lounge before each flight. Basic in-flight catering — including assorted snacks and beverages — is also included at no charge. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or specialty catering may be arranged for an additional charge. Your Concierge will reach out after booking to confirm any specific requests.
Yes. Every Aero Dynamic Jets client is provided a complimentary concierge for each flight to coordinate hotels, ground transportation, and other travel needs. Ground transportation is arranged to be onsite and waiting ramp-side upon your arrival. Transportation charges are passed through directly to the vendor — we are not a middleman, simply here to ensure your travel runs smoothly.
Aero Dynamic Jets is the only Utah Jet Charter Company that owns its own large, non-public, highly secure private passenger staging and hangar facilities — completely dedicated to our exclusive clients. Amenities include a private lounge with pre-flight snacks and beverages, conference rooms, a business center with Google Fiber WiFi, an entertainment room with arcade, private bathrooms, a kitchen, and indoor climate-controlled parking for client vehicles.
